This data is collected when you register for With You eLearning: your first name, last name, email, your eligibility for this training, State/Territory, preferred language, activity and completion data as well as data from pre and post-course questionnaires. This data is collected for the purpose of ongoing improvement, and monitoring and evaluating With You. This data is also collected for de-identified reporting to the With You funding bodies, and other key stakeholders such as peak bodies within the legal assistance sector. Your completion data, including your name and date of completion, may be directly shared with an employer or other party to confirm that you have completed the With You eLearning.
A certificate of completion is issued for each eLearning course completed, which you can provide to your employer or other party as confirmation of course completion at your discretion.
Your email may also be used to invite you to participate in further evaluation, including by an independent evaluator.
