The With You Live Online Training offers knowledge, skills, and client scenarios to improve trauma-informed, rights-based legal practice.
Improve how you and your team works to:
• Realise impacts of trauma on staff and clients & understand paths for recovery
• Recognise early signs of trauma before distress becomes heightened
• Respond to trauma with appropriate supports & referrals
• Resist re-traumatisation with healthy coping & reducing traumatic stress
With You training is available with fully-funded places (no cost) to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services, Community Legal Centres, Family Violence Prevention Legal Services, Legal Aid Commissions and Private Practitioners that undertake Legal Aid work.
You can complete two or more eLearning courses which complement the Live Online Training before or after your session.

Self-Paced Free eLearning
We highly recommend and encourage you to complete the free self-paced eLearning prior to your live online session, the modules are complimentary to this interactive training, and you will receive your CPD points and certificates on completion.
The course will help you learn and apply principles of trauma informed practice to support clients in distress. The course has been co-designed by clients and staff across all jurisdictions in Australia and includes evidence-based practices reduce distress and achieve more just client outcomes.
